Preventive Maintenance (PM) is the cornerstone of our fire truck maintenance program. We offer scheduled reminders to ensure inspections, repairs and maintenance are proactive, preserving fleet readiness and safety.

Beyond NFPA Compliance, our Annual Services keep your trucks in top shape. Our thorough testing and inspection services can help to find problems before they can impact a call, and that will help you to keep your communities safe.

We offer two aerial inspection packages. A Tier 1 Aerial Inspection checks over 160 technical points from the engine and frame to the turntable. A Tier 2 inspection includes everything on a Tier 1 inspection plus an additional 50 points, including additional engine checks and electrical points.

We also offer two pumper inspection packages. A Tier 1 pumper inspection has over 90 checks and inspections, including the body and full pump inspection. A Tier 2 pumper inspection includes everything on a Tier 1 inspection plus an additional 50 inspection points, including additional engine checks and electrical systems.

Sunbelt Fire has a 25,000-gallon pump testing facility in Fairhope, Alabama, as well as a mobile pump-testing trailer that we can bring to your department. NFPA 1910 specifies that pump testing should be conducted annually and whenever major repairs or modifications to the pump are made.

We know that you don’t work regular business hours and neither does your equipment. When you have a unit out of service, it’s an emergency. You can count on us to be there 24/7.
