Explore E-One’s Lineup

E-ONE offers two custom chassis – the Cyclone and Typhoon. Whichever E-ONE cab you choose, you can have confidence that it is designed with a structural cage that provides maximum protection and comfort for you and your firefighters. Structural extrusions including sub-frames, a full flange wishbone frame rail, center uprights, and crossbeam extrusions are engineered for optimum performance. Horizontal and vertical supports handle severe vertical loads, which can occur in accidents. The perimeter skin material is made of 3/16” aluminum alloy sheet for extra toughness.

Because E-ONE is part of the Rev Brand, they also offer the Spartan FC-94, a semi-custom chassis, for departments who want the space, look and feel of a custom chassis without the price tag.

The Typhoon® chassis boasts the same proven roll-cage cab design as all E-ONE custom chassis, offering five cab lengths, multiple seating configurations, various internal storage options, lighting packages and four vista roof heights. Engine choices encompass an impressive range from 330 to 600-HP with a 3000 or 4000 series Allison transmission.

The new E-ONE Cyclone® cab is ready to meet the needs of today’s fire departments with a rugged new design, superior ride and handling, and more interior space than ever before. The 100” wide cab offers more space for your crew with a generous 27” between door and engine cover for both driver and officer.

A Spartan chassis, the FC-94 is purpose built to handle the heavy-duty requirements of pumpers, tankers, and rescues. The FC-94 is an NFPA compliant all-aluminum 94″ wide cab built to keep crews comfortable and safe with high roof lines, flat floors, multiple seat and storage options, and a cramp angle that will deliver superior maneuverability in tight and congested areas.
